  Contact your web host directly because that site is not hosted by wordpress.COM. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

  I had site set up by crook!!! I have hosting with Freehostia but they advised that :
  As stated in the initial comment by my colleague the issue could be caused by malfunction of one of the modules or core files of the application or after an uncompleted application update.

  However I would like to suggest contacting the script developers for further assistance on the case.

  The crook used her email when she set up account to now I can’t use word press to edit site or try and correct issue.
