HELP…Feeling Aboultely Overwelmed! 1st Website Not going Well At All

    Started out here but quickly got overwhelmed. I went to another provider being a 1st timer, that to me, was more user friendly as I can not afford to hire a web designer, no disrespect intended. The company had live phone support, screen sharing,etc. It was great. Got a website up and running that I was proud of. Until…I tried to upload an Excel spreadsheet to my online store. The provider allows for the spreadsheet, no problem. They would not load properly, so they escalated it to their web developer at no charge saying it was at no charge as it was a technical issue on their end. OK, great. Until, I missed my Black Friday launch, Cyber Monday sales, and now, the holiday buying season. Needless to say I am frustrated, stressed, and embarrassed. I had buyers lined up. How do I upload an Excel product sheet? Is there a file size and or product limit? How do I handle building an eCommerce website with payment options? I will gratefully take all the helpful suggestions that I can get. Be kind please. I am off to find a little cheese to go with my ‘whine’ for the night. Thanks. PS..How do I change the template I started?

    What is the URL of your site as it looks you are talking about a site using the open source wordpress.org?

    The website that I have now is with another company. Even they have suggested that I may need to go elsewhere because of file issue. I have been thinking of using or switching to WordPress.com using the Daria template. Would that not be good? My current website is: http://www.ohanacreatives.com

    We can only help regarding sites running on the wordpress.com platform. If you want to run an ecommerce site on the wordpress.com platform, you’ll need the Business or the eCommere plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/.
