Help finding plugins/developing a new site

  Hello! I am looking to create a website with the specific purpose of collaborative projects (more about that next) and am a bit lost in figuring out how to do it. Appreciate any help!

  I need a way to allow users to log into my website and create “projects” (let’s call this user the “owner”), and they can allow other users to see and participate in each specific project (these can be called “participants”). Then, I would like that each participant be able to post pictures and text to the project, and other participants should be able to comment.

  Finally, the owner should be able to end the project at some point, removing access from all participants and basically locking up the project so no future edits are made.

  Please let me know of any suggestions to build something of this nature!!

  There could be several ways to approach this using plugins, such as those for project collaboration, or a membership plugin such as BuddyPress.
