Help fixing changing admin URL at www.jamespostels.com

  I adjusted the admin URL to http://www.jamespostels.com/word by accident. Now the login URL is different and when I go to http://jamespostels.com/wp-login.php?loggedout=true I can enter my password but I cannot enter into the dashboard to reconfigure these settings.

  I have the password and user name so I know that is not the issue.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated,
