Help for a true beginner

May I ask someone to help me a true beginner please. I want to create a site to help me sell my house in France. I’ve chosen Puzzle as a theme. I’ve not spent three years at some college leaning web-speak but neither am I stupid. But for the life of me I can’t find any tutorials that will take me step by step through the set up. I ask the ‘Happy’ engineers and they are keen to help but all they do is point me to the theme Set-up. They don’t seem to understand that this is simply a description of the theme set-up not a set-up guide. So … anyone know of some tutorials that will ‘hold my hand’? Thanks

I like the Puzzle theme and it’ll suit my purpose well if I can only get started. When I hit ‘View my site’ I see the header I created at the beginning. It has nothing to do with the Puzzle Theme. I guess you can access it from there. But when I go into the Theme section I see that I have indeed activated Puzzle. I’m confused! -
I’d appreciate it if you could take me step by step through the ‘getting started’ process. I’m very keen to understand all this but am going around in circles right now.

When I hit ‘View my site’ I see the header I created at the beginning. It has nothing to do with the Puzzle Theme.
Are you referring to the header images in My Sites > Customise > Header? If so, they are demo images to get you started but you can use an image from your Media Library if you prefer.
Do you want to add a header image to the site or are you happy with the header area as it is?
