Help for GDPR

  Hello, I am Italian.
  I have a blog with a free plan called Divoratori di Storie. What should I do with the GDPR?
  Many people say they can remove the cooki but plugins can only put them if I have paid plans.
  In addition, the cookie option is not present in the site settings.
  I’m going crazy, can you help me?
