Help for my 'Private' blog
-
Good Day, hoping you can help me? We have a ‘private’ blog that I have created for my company. I set up all the users as ‘contributers’ so that they can draft a post, but cannot publish it without an admin. I want the subscribers (those who have accepted the invitation and have wordpress logins) to receive an email every time a post is published. Can you tell me how to do that? or it is I dependent on reader settings?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello,
It depends on the settings your viewers choose for your blog.
You can ask them to visit: https://wordpress.com/following/manage
and click on ‘Settings’ on the right side under your blog and request to be notified by email for new posts and new comments.Hope this helps.
Best of luck.

Sorry, one follow up question. One of the Admins is telling me that his settings were already set to this. Is there something else I’m missing?

They can follow this guide which should be able to help them:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/
Please look at the bottom where it says ‘What if the emails are not getting through?’.Hope this helps.
Bet of luck.
