Help for novice with "On a Whim" Theme

Hello All,
If someone could offer me some assistance with some formatting issues (below) – it would be really appreciated (I’ve searched the forums and how-to’s but couldn’t find the answers I needed.)
1. How do I get the title text in the header a different font/size to the titles of each post. I would love the title fonts to appear the same size/type as is shown on the sample On a Whim template.
2. How do I change the size wording of the comments box? At the moment it is HUGE and it also just says “Leave a Reply” and I’d love for it to say something more friendly.

P.S. I’ve read the CSS tutorials and still have no idea so if your answers involve this, please provide steps as if you are talking to a CSS-illiterate (which I am!) :)

@emquittv – That part can easily be changed without any upgrade needed.
In your site Dashboard, go to Settings>Discussion and towards the bottom of the page you’ll see “Comment Form>Prompt”. Change the wording to whatever you’d like and save your settings.

One a Whim is a premium theme part of what you purchased is support direct from the theme’s designer. How do I change the size wording of the comments box?
I believe changing the font size does require a custom design upgrade.
