Help for Panels theme

Hi, my webcomic uses the “panels” theme. The “previous, newest, and first” buttons, to navigate to other comics, is not working. My comic is at http://www.hotmessmomcomic.com. Thanks for your help! Keelan

Hello there Keelan! I took a look at your site, and the buttons now appear to be working properly. Can you confirm this, or let me know if you’re having a different experience?
If you’re still seeing the problem, take a look at your site in Firefox and Chrome and let me know if you get the same results.

Thanks, Robyn. Yes, mysteriously the buttons DID just start working. Very strange. It’s concerning that for a full day they didn’t work, and there was no way for me to fix them. But thank you so much for looking into it.

Ok, that is odd. If it happens again, clear your browser’s cache and let us know if it helps solve the issue.
Also, let us know if the links didn’t work, or if they didn’t appear altogether.

Okay, now the same buttons have not been working again for a few days. I followed your directions for clearing the browser cache, too. ( I use Safari, btw ). Help?

Keelan, This is so strange that you’re experiencing this trouble. I am seeing those links on all my browsers (click link below to view what I see).
Can you confirm you’re using the most updated version of Safari? Click this link to confirm:

I am indeed using Safari 7, the newest version. Btw, I had several of my friends check the site too last night, and they were having the same issues with those buttons. You “push” them, and the screen just kind of “blinks” really quickly, and doesn’t take you anywhere. You just stay on the home screen.

Hi there. Could you tell me if your friends were all viewing your site on Safari? Or, on multiple browsers? This will help me narrow my troubleshooting of the issues.
I’m having no luck recreating the situation you’re going through on a test site. I can’t make the problem “happen.” The next time your buttons disappear, could you please take a screenshot for me? It’ll help us solve the issue if we can see exactly what you’re viewing.

And NOW…. they are working again. So weird. If it happens again, I will let you know. Btw, it wasn’t that the buttons had disappeared. They just wouldn’t work and take you to those particular strips. And yes, both friends who checked it out for me are on the newest Safari.

Ok, this is good information for me to have. Thank you! It appears as if the issue might only be taking place on Safari. I really hope this doesn’t happen again, but if it does, please go immediately to Chrome or Firefox and take a look at those links. Let me know if the problem is confined to Safari, or if it happen across browsers.
Also, let me know if you can pinpoint when the problem happens. For instance, does the error occur whenever you’ve just uploaded a new post? Or does it seem random?
As this has occurred several times, I’d like to get to the bottom of this so we can fix the issue and assure it won’t interfere with your site in the future. Thanks for staying in touch. We’ll get this settled for you!
