Help for recovering an account please

  Hi there,
  I’m trying to access a site that I own and that I linked to WordPress & Bluehost a while back. The password isn’t working and when I request ‘forgot password’ emails, nothing arrives in the email. Is there someone I can talk to about this to find a solution? I can prove the domain name belongs to me.

  Hi there Niamh, I assume you’re referring to the site at Bluehost and not the one listed here, correct? Since that site is not here on our servers, we don’t have access to help with this. But I may be able to point you in the right direction.

  First contact your host to be sure you have backups and can access the hosting side of your site, then read all of these these instructions from WordPress.org to determine which method you want to use to regain access to your installation:
  https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

  As long as you can log into your hosting account, you should be able to regain access. If you need more help, head to to the forums for self-hosted sites at https://wordpress.org/support

  Thank you! That may well be the issue supernovia.
  Moving to Bluehost w the issue… Will come back to those links if needed.
  Appreciate the fast response :)
