help for total newbie

  hi

  never had a blog and not sure how it all works. Just trying to get set up and would like to link to other blogs/websites that I follow and would recommend as a good read. Anyone know how I do this? And do I need permission first?

  No you do not require permission to link to any site or any published article on the internet. To learn how to create links see > Creating HTML Hyperlinks (Links) in WordPress

  You can create a blogroll and enter the links into it in your dashboard Links section and display them in a Links widget.
