help for upgrade!

  hello everyone,

  i am just trying to upgrade from windows spaces to wordpress in order not to lose old emails and that sort of staff. Obviously i already have a wordpress account. I can not find the orange connent button, so i cannot make the transfer.
  wasn’t that button supposed to be on the first page of wordpress or somewhere in windows space? i cannot find it and it’s crucial that i make the transfer…………………so if anyone could help i would really appreciate it…..

  I have seen the “Missing Orange Button” issue as a Microsoft problem as it is on their site to start the migration, I think you need to ask Microsoft about it.

  If you’re missing the orange button, it means that we have detected a pre-existing WordPress.com account.

  well I made an account in wordpress as soon as i was informed by windows space that my account there was about to close…….i followed some links provided by windows space in order to sign up here…..but the orange button is still invisible to me

  I just talked this over with the rest of the team, it seems like I was wrong.

  If you don’t see the button, it means that we have detected an existing WordPress.com account.

  All you need to do is log in to WordPress.com before starting the migration.

  well yes, how more obvious can it be that i have a wordpress account? i have already written about it twice. I am logged in too, but the migration hasn’t started! can’t you give me some more useful advice in order to start the transfer?/
