Everyone answering questions here is a human being.
I have answered questions here for 9 years. That mean I predate all but one Support Staff even being on Staff and I predate the support docs.We have support docs to consult at http://support.wordpress.com and we can do tag searches to locate the answers to questions too https://en.forums.wordpress.com/tags/search-engines
These are our support options http://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/ In addition we can email
help@wordpress.comwhen we have issues that must be addressed by Staff, but those are few in number.
This is a peer support forum where Staff and Volunteers work together cooperatively to provide WordPress.com support.
Note that there’s rarely ever a question posted here that has not already been asked and answered. Volunteers answer the majority of all support questions and when we cannot provide support we tag threads for Staff assistance.
Emailing support Staff means it takes longer to get an answer than posting to the support forums does. And, we are happy to answer your WordPress.COM questions right here in this thread.
“brainbuzzztraining one” is vague. What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the exact site you refer to?
And, exactly which WordPress.COM username account registered that site?
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If required please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

thank you time thief. I can’t get in there either as it says my site doesn’t exist. It’s brand new.
it’s http://www.brainbuzzztraining.co.uk -
Thanks for the URL. If you go to that site and scroll down to the bottom of the theme on the left hand side you see this link powered by WordPress. Click it and discover your have a WordPress.ORG software install and are posting to the wrong support forum. Our support doc do not apply to it and we cannot help you here as we provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG and need support for that site in the future and if you do not have a WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_PageBest wishes with your new site.
