  Hi,
  I need to get in touch with someone at wordpress but my contact form isn’t working on my blog.

  Since WordPress no longer responds to emails, is there any alternatives way I can get in touch with the Happiness Engineers?

  I actually wanted to buy my domain at wordpress. I already have my blog.
  I wanted to know if buying the domain will make me lose all my subscribers that I have?
  And, what are the benefits if I have my custom domain?

  Yes, that possible. If you upgrade to a Personal plan, you’ll get to choose a new, custom domain name (provided no one else has chosen it).

  You will not loose your subscribers by doing this. The whole transition will be taken care of by the WordPress.com team, and you’ll just choose which new domain you want.

  There are plenty of pros and cons for having your own domain name, and it also depends on personal preferences. However, an obvious benefit is that you get rid of the .wordpress in your url. For example, if you want your new url to be similar to the one you have now, you can change from iheartmylife26.wordpress.com to iheartmylife26.com .
