Help getting a hacked website back up

    We have non-profit with a WordPress based website. It got hacked and the web hosting provided discarded us. I need to find someone that can get the site updated and back live in a hosting service. That would be great if someone can let me know the price they would charge, time and effort needed. Thanks

    Hi there,

    If your site is hosted somewhere else, that means you’re using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org.

    The forum you’re posting in here is for WordPress.com, a hosting provider, and not the same thing as the WordPress you’re using for your site.

    For help with your version of WordPress, please ask at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ instead. If you have backups of your site from your old hosting provider the folks there should be able to guide you how to restore those to a new WordPress installation, and they should also be able to point you to the best place to find a freelancer to help you if needed.
