Help getting expired domain back.

We are attempting to get back our expired domain. The domain is spencercreekvet.com. Please let us know what we need to do. We will need the email for payment sent to our business owner’s email, not mine.

Do you see the option to renew the expired domain in your account “Purchases” area as described here:
https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-expiration/#renewing-a-domain-in-the-redemption-period
If not, let us know and we can assist. Do be aware that because of the length of time that has passed since your domain expired, there will be an $80 late renewal fee on top of the regular registration fee for the domain.

Hello,
We have access to this account but cannot get into that email, is there another way for us to process the payment in this account? It was set up by an old office manager and our website and emails are down currently, but we do have a new card on file and were ready to pay and get the domain back.

We can only send the email to the address on file for your WordPress.com account (where notifications for this forum thread are also going).
If you don’t have access to that email, please update it to one you do have access to, then I can resend it. You view the current email and update it here:

You’ll need to verify the new email address. So after you enter the new email address, a link will be emailed to the new email address you enter, and the change will not be activated until you’ve clicked the link in the new email to verify the change.
