Help getting going

  Live Chat doesn’t respond?
  no phone support.
  cant get to dashboard now.
  error 500 on most selections.
  second day cant see site cant see previews.
  not getting ANY help after hours of trying and constant houndings to purchase more options when the basics aren’t working properly.
  The forum doesn’t address issues.
  This is sucking really bad and what options are there besides dropping iPage and getting a refund.?

  That site is not hosted by WordPress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to any sites that are not hosted by WordPress.COM and we do not provide support for them. You are posting to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you here.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  There is no relationship between iPage and WordPress.COM.

  That site is not hosted here by WordPress.COM. Many site use the free software provided by WordPress.ORG.
