Help getting going

Live Chat doesn’t respond?
no phone support.
cant get to dashboard now.
error 500 on most selections.
second day cant see site cant see previews.
not getting ANY help after hours of trying and constant houndings to purchase more options when the basics aren’t working properly.
The forum doesn’t address issues.
This is sucking really bad and what options are there besides dropping iPage and getting a refund.?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
