help getting info to use on my google analytics

  hello,
  you can see here a blog as example:

  blog.greenpeace.de

  how can i get this information to store through javascript and give it to the cookies ?
  I need to take
  – all the titles on the home page
  – meta tags when i m on a single post
  – count all the comments for a post

  please help me! it is for my university and i´m going crazy!!!
