Help getting into our existing website.

We created our website on Word Press in late 2018. The site is still active, but when we went to do maintenance to the site, we cannot find our login information, the email we used to set the account up, etc. so we cannot get into Word Press to work on the site. The site is http://www.krullstonellc.com and my name is Charlotte Ivey and my latest email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Please advise how to be resolve this situation.

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Hostgator.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
