Help getting my site back active

    Currently my site is saying its not available as I am in the process of moving from godaddy to wordpress. I want to use my domain which is supexteriors.com.

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there, did you see the reply you received in your other thread at https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/forwarding-site-until-transfer/#post-3850915

    Since you can’t transfer your domain to WordPress.com until those 60 days are up you can point the name servers to WordPress.com in the meantime. However, it looks like your domain name servers are currently pointing to GoDaddy.

    Nameservers:
    NS31.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
    NS32.DOMAINCONTROL.COM

    If you want to use your domain with your above WordPress.com website supexteriorscom.wordpress.com you do need to upgrade to at least the Personal plan and then use the domain connection information that @themagicrobot linked to in his reply to you earlier. https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

    Hello again, it looks like your above WordPress.com site address is now directed to supexteriors.co (Coming soon) rather than supexteriors.com, so do I understand correctly you’ve since purchased an upgrade plan?

    However, people looking for supexteriors.com through previous external links to you and search engine results are landing on a domain connection error page here on WordPress.com. (temp screenshot)

    To correct this, change the name servers for supexteriors.com on GoDaddy to point to WordPress.com using the domain connection info we’ve given you and if you want to set supexteriors.com as your Primary address, you can follow this guide https://wordpress.com/support/domains/set-a-primary-address/

    Also, if you do have an upgrade plan, you now have direct access to support when you post to the contact support form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact/ and they can help sort this out.
