Help, Google authenticator deleted by accident!

Google authenticator deleted by accident and stupidly forgot to keep back up codes! It was on a different wordpress account not this one obviously ! Help please !!

Tried to do this, but I was unable to full the form out as I hadn’t enough evidence to support it is my wordpress as I am not a paying customer and I never received a email about that password thing n if did haven’t got it anyway … :-( I know my password just not the google authenticator ! Fustratingly annoying :'( !

Thank you for the info. I submitted completed the account recovery form. I just realized the second url I provided was wrong, because I had changed it.
