  • @gayleismom, there is live chat as soon as you’re logged into the right account. I also tried emailing the correct account.

    We can’t change the settings for you without authorization from the correct account, otherwise hackers would only need to pretend they should have access to take over people’s sites.

    Can we focus on getting you into the correct account first? What happens when you try to log in as casateam ?

  • If you are the site owner you could also respond to the email I sent to the site owner’s address.

    There is no email in (email visible only to moderators and staff) and the Casa email still doesn’t work

    Ok boy am I slow and I don’t why it’s taking me so long for things to click.
    Casateam is my Father :Tom Munds and I don’t know his password and neither does he.
    Casavolunteer @gayleismom is me Gayle Munds and I’m the one trying to work on the web site the account with the I think is (email visible only to moderators and staff) or @aol.com

  • Hi @gayleismom, I’m really sorry. We need word from him, from his account, or proof that you should have access. Insisting he is your dad is not enough, because otherwise anyone could waltz in and pretend to be related to him.

    We need just one of these proofs right now:

    – A comment on this thread from his account. If you have access to it, you can log out, then log in again as him, then comment here.

    – Contact from your father. We emailed him a while ago at the outset of this asking for permission to work on this account.

    – The transaction ID I requested in an email to you. Please respond to that email with the ID. Don’t post it here.
