HELP! Header Media

  I recently used CCS to make my header larger so that my URL Video would be larger on the home screen. When I did this, it made my content go down further on the page, leaving a huge gap of white space. Any help? I want to keep my header video big but eliminate the white space gap. Thank you!!!
