help hiding or deleting META box

  Does anyone know how to delete or hide the META box/links from main blog page?

  Have searched but no luck finding solution!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  > Appearance > Widgets
  locate the widget, click the right hand corner to open it, and once it opens click “delete”.
