help hoe do I get to my word press dash board?

    I am using Catlyast and was told to download wordress so I can upload themes into my dash board on wordpress but I cant find my dash board.

    This is the WordPress.com support forum. The only themes you can use on a free hosted WordPress.com blog are those found here > Appearance > Themes and showcased here > http://wordpress.com/themes/ We cannot access and edit any templates underlying our themes. Only Staff can edit as every blog wearing the same theme is using the same template.

    There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs. Also note that there is no upgrade you can purchase that allows FTP access and the ability to install themes or plugins. Those with WordPress.org installs have FTP access and can install their own themes, third party themes and plugins.

    If you are using Catalyst then that’s not as free hosted WordPress.com blog that you are referring to. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.org bloggers.
