Help! How do I backup my WordPress Site??

    Hi,I am a fairly new user of WordPress and I wanted to download a new theme,just in case something goes wrong I wanted to backup my site on a usb or disk for my own use so I could upload it in the event anything happened I bought a 128 GB usb so I would have plenty of space the problem is How do I backup my site onto it? I really need help thank you in advance!
