Help! How do I get a Blogroll down the side of my blog?

  Hi there

  My new blog is going really well, and I have managed to persuade other bloggers in the same topic area to put links on their blogrolls to my blog…but, I cannot reciprocate!

  Do I need to go Premium to do this?

  To use this feature, you first need to create a blogroll.
