Help! How Do I Upload A Rotating Banner?

  Hi all…I don’t know if it’s possible but I’d like to upload a rotating bannner (4 changing frames) at the top of my main page, which is a static page. I have no idea how to do this.

  I hope someone can give me simple instructions.
