help!!! How to create automatically centered menu

  I am using the theme Mystique and I need help with trying to get my menu all aligned automatically to center (cover the whole menu)? I have been playing around with the CSS and for the life of me can’t fogire it out? HELP!!!

  This will center the menu in the Mystique theme:

  #access {
  	text-align: center;
  	height: 32px;
  }
  #access ul {
  	display: inline-block;
  }
