  WordPressdotcom users can activate any of the 350+ free and Premium themes from the theme showcase https://wordpress.com/themes/ or in their site dashboard at https://wordpress.com/design/ but we cannot upload or install any other theme. More about themes here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/

  If you purchased a theme from a 3rd party seller thinking to install it on your WordPressdotcom site, you’ll want to request a refund from them.
