Help! How to install/upload a new download theme?

  I have a new freely hosted WordPress.com blog. I wanna know how to install a new downloaded WordPress theme (I downloaded the theme somewhere for free and I want to try it. Its a .zip file already.) Please note that I am using a free blog and I don’t have my own domain. Is it still possible to install the downloaded theme? And if so, can you help me how to? Thanks. :)

  We need the URL of the WordPress.com free hosted blog in question beginning with http:// before we can help. Please post it.

  Also read the sticky post at the head of this forum please as we have no FTP access to wordpress.com free hosted blogs and we cannot upload themes or plugins into them.
