Help, how to stop some one from sharing other’s picture?

hi every one, some one has sent me a link which starts with ‘aycu’ and he is sharing my pic and threatening me, how can i stop that? is there any way to delete it? i’m not familiar with this aycu thing at all… help me please :)

If someone is threatening you, call the police.
If someone is hotlinking your picture, take it down and re-post it under a different name. That will screw up his website.
If someone has copied your picture and is hosting it externally, all you can do is email him and assert copyright and ask him to take it down. If he refuses, you need to talk to a lawyer. PROVIDED you are the actual owner of the copyright of the picture.

If you are the photographer or copyright owner, you should send a DMCA notice to the owner of the web site that has posted it.

no, am not the photographer, i’m the one in picture! and he’s charing my pic. so do u have any ways of how i can delete it?

You’ll have to contact the author of the blog or their hosting company and ask them to remove it.
There might be nothing you can do – publishing a photograph of someone without their permission is generally legal. Threats are not, so take Raincoaster’s advice and go to the police.

If you are in the picture, that doesn’t mean you own the rights to the picture. The person who took the photograph does.

yeah, but i guess my case is different, its not about copy right or anythin, it was more about my personal life…
