[HELP] I accidentally deleted my main admin account.

  Hi, I accidently deleted my main admin account, I have a back up of the MYSQL from a few days ago but I don’t know how long in the code I need to search to find this user.

  I was pruning these nasty spam accounts causing a huge server load and my PHPMyAdmin didn’t unclick the user when I unclicked it. ( Sorry if I’m making no sense I’m extremely upset )

  Now, none of my posts are gone ( Thank you Lord )
  but I want to bring back my account as it was.

  Is it possible? How could I do this, If I was to restore the full DB would I loose current posts?
