Help – I am being bombarded with 'new user registration' emails. What can I do?

  Since making some changes to my site http://www.successwithsarah.net I have started getting alot of emails like this:
  New user registration on your site Success With Sarah:
  Username: HeidiHaveman45
  Email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I think they are spam – how do I stop them?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
