Help! I am locked out of my bot in the help section🥺

    Hi, I rely on the little bot for my day-to-day question changes and things I need to do on my website as I manage it myself. The other day I needed help with something and was transferred to a happiness engineer and now I can’t get the bot back and the person who helped me is not answering either. I use this for daily help and now I can’t get any help on the site and I’m on a business plan. Could someone please reset the Help section on my page so I can use it? Thank you so much 🙏
