HELP! I am not seeing actual settings under Customize any more

    I haven’t used the website for about 6 months and when I came back now I can’t find anything really. For example, before if I needed to change a font or link color i used to go to Customize section, find the appropriate sub-menu, and was able to make changes there. Now…for any sub-menu, I click, there is just an empty field and nothing else. I do not understand what happened and how on earth now i can update needed settings.
    Please help.

    I can’t attach any screenshots, but the more specific example is this one.
    Go to Appearance – Customize – Header. Instead if the actual menus now i am seeing a text “Header general section options” and an empty field. That’s all. I do not even understand what is it there for and how make changes now.

    My theme is Blocksy. Currently tried to update the color of my main categories in the header and footer links (as somebody messed it up accidentally).

    Hi there,

    I looked at who hosts your site, and it appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Domain.com, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

    The forum you’re currently posting is only able to help with WordPress.com hosted sites. To clarify, the .com and the .org version of WordPress is two different entities. See http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ for more info.
