Help! I broke my blog!

  I was trying to add some custom code so I can create a navigation menu in the footer. My blog is: creditcardbeginner.com

  I cannot even log into my account. All I see is
  Fatal error: Cannot redeclare custom_footer_menu() (previously declared in /home2/credium4/public_html/wp-content/themes/nisarg/functions.php:232) in /home2/credium4/public_html/wp-content/themes/nisarg/inc/customizer.php on line 479

  creditcardbeginner.com is a self-hosted WordPress.ORG site. You might want to visit the WordPress.ORG support forums for more specific help:
  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  Generally with an error like that you’ll want to login to your host company or contact their support for help. According to whois, your host is Bluehost.

  I did talk to Bluehost. They recommended reinstall WP. I also restored the files from the backup. Since I am new, I didn’t have a lot of posts yet. It’s going to take me a couple of days to repost everything. But it’s working now.
