HELP I cannot access my new paid blog and domain

I opened this blog thethriveylife yesterday with the email my company told me I would be utilizing but didn’t set up yet (which would match). I made posts, purchased a domain and paid $48 for a year plan after chatting with a ‘happiness engineer’. I was told in email last night after spending all day writing my blog that that email is not mine and I’d get a different one. I changed the accompanying email to my account to a forwarding email I use for my other business temporarily not knowing what professional email address I’d be given in the future at that point. I didn’t realize that years ago I used that forwarding email’s actual email address to make a free blog I never did anything with so wordpress got confused I guess. It logged me out this morning and when I tried to get back in it took me to the free account with nothing in the blog. I tried everything to get back in to the purchased one, I even used the new username I made yesterday but it took me in circles. I tried to contact support but they require a paid account which I have but couldn’t log into thus I couldn’t explain or get help. It’s a catch 22. I made this account I’m writing from just to be able to get help. I emailed and included my proof of purchase ID and a robotic email came back saying I have a free account. I am frustrated and angry. I just need to reset my account with a customer service tech. I cannot access my paid domain nor yearly plan I paid for. How can I disassociate the old not used blog to that email or associate the new blog with a different email if I can’t get a hold of a human? I did account recovery and they said ‘that is not a valid transaction’ but it came right from my credit card statement. That is the only form of ID I have since the other two options went to the wrong invalid email address at set up. HELP I need to at the very least get my domain, content, and cancel the plan. Thanks

    Hi there!

I checked the domain and confirmed that it’s still active with the WordPress.com Starter plan, but it’s on a different WordPress.com account. You’ll be able to manage the domain and the site as soon as you log into the correct account.

To help you with this, please send an email with the transaction ID (here’s how to locate it) to passwordhelp@wordpress.com. Please do not share the transaction ID here.

    Thanks!
