HELP!!!!!! I cannot get to our site to make changes!!!

A volunteer created our site. Due to COVID they are no longer volunteering with our animal rescue and we cannot get into to our website to make changes!!!! Please help us.

Apparently it is on wordpress.org NOT wordpress.com
We have no idea what we are doing.

Can you still help us if it is wordpress.org
I have sent email after email for WordPress.org to get back to us.
We get an automated response, then nothing.
We are preparing for a trip across the USA in our mobil outreach unit.
We need to update our page. The last we did was “we’re hitting the road in 2021”.
Now we cannot even get the wordpress.org system to recognize the email address associated with the account. It just keeps saying
“Error: There is no account with that username or email address” -
We have been trying that for months. We get an automated response then no one ever gets back to us. We have been trying since the end of April. We send a message and get an automated response. Then wait a week or two then begin all over again. Same route over and over.

So in case you are unable to reset your password or unable to login to your website after reset, you should contact your hosting provider (GoDaddy.com) for further help.
Alternatively, login to your GoDaddy.com portal and change the password of your current login/username.

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
