HELP I cannot login

  I cannot login to my regular wp account

  It is awfull…

  I changed a setting in general – setting – wp url and site url
  (removed www.)

  This must have caused is.

  My site www. sabienschrijft.nl is all messed up.

  When I try to re-do the url setting, I cannot login

  – I tryed lost password, I get: unable to reset password
  – I tryed account recovery form, I get: ‘we could not find an account that matches your login’.

  So I created a new, temporarily account, this one.
  What to do, who can I turn to???
