Help – I cannot login – no recognition of my email address!

I need to add some code for lead forensics to my website – Matrix7.co.uk. Sadly I cannot login in – not accepting any of my details. I cannot even use my email address to reset a password. Needs updating today as lead forensics link stops being active at 5pm tonight. Please help – Robin [phone # redacted by mod]

Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider, which looks to be hostgator, for assistance with this issue? It might be possible to log in at http://www.matrix7.co.uk/wp-admin
Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of WordPressdotcom hosted sites and the guidance provided here may not be relevant to DIY WordPress.org sites hosted with an external hosting provider (e.g. Bluehost, GoDaddy, etc.). Thank you. However, similar to here, there appears to be no easy route to help. It is not recognising my email address so cannot even login to ask for help! Hopeless!
