HELP :[ I cannot look at my pages or add media :[

  When doing a new post I cannot use ANY of the tools, like adding pictures from my media files, adding videos etc..
  I cannot add tags to my blogs..
  I also cannot look at certain pages on my blog..

  Does anyone know if they can help me, it is very frustrating..

  What type of error are you getting? Are you able to see the media buttons? I just uploaded and posted a picture and it worked fine

  it lets me click on the buttons, but then the page starts to load for a long time and nothing happens :(

  What browser and version are you using, and what virus protection/firewall. Lots of people with AVG are reporting this kind of problem.

  I’m not too sure about the firewall :|

  AFAIK, AVG is windows only… so that can’t be your problem (unless I’m mistaken). Why don’t you try using Firefox instead? Maybe it’s a browser compatibility issue. If that doesn’t help, then I’d suggest you to contact support.

  Did you know that you can link your username to your blog? It’s very easy to do. Here’s how to link your username to your blog in your blog Dashboard –> Users –> Your Profile. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Website‘ and fill in the address of your blog and then click ‘Update Profile‘.

  Once you’re done click “Update Profile”. Voila! Now every time you sign into the forum we can all click on your username and your blog will be linked to it. And every time you leave a comment on a blog your username can be likewise clicked and your blog can be instantly located.
