Help! I can’t access anything, but others can still see blog.

So just this morning I discovered that when I try to visit my blog, http://www.danfreelance.com, it brings me to an under construction page. Strangely, anybody else who tries to visit it can see it perfectly fine. I can’t access my dashboard, or even ftp in, also, my email isn’t coming in. Has this happened to anybody else? What can I do?
