Help i cant access my site

I cant access my site or the back end of it all I get is

it happening after downloading bp-disable-activation what can I do now?

You appear to have a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software, but this forum is for blogs hosted here on WordPress.com. The two versions are different and have separate forums. Hi,
I am the administrator of another site (www.carolina-marin.com) and for some reason I can’t access the site. I tried the original password and it doesn’t work. It just says incorrect password.
A friend of mine who is also an administrator tried reseting the password and still nothing. I haven’t been able to enter the site and I am panicking as I need to get work done in it.
Please can someone help as I have tried contacting the host server as well (strato) and nothing. I just can’t log in. -
