HELP, I can’t access my site or admin page – get pop-up boxes to save files

Add topic to favorites
I just updated my website’s SEO and then the admin e-mail, and suddenly when I click on anything it comes up with a window to save a file. I’ve tried various browsers, and I can’t access the site or the admin page at all. Please help!!!

I’ve tried logging into the WordPress.org site and it says my e-mail address is invalid :(

It’s okay, I realised that I need to set up an account (i.e. it’s a different password to my admin log-in). Sorry for the panic and thanks for your help.

I cant access my site to edit, keeps showing an old site which I had deleted when I log in. I am trying to get to dannyturnerthefraudster.home.blog yet it keeps sending me to dannyturnerthefraudster.com
