Help! I can't upgrade my site!

I had my assistant (I know dumb!) renew my Premium site but she was logged in under her account. Now I want to upgrade to Business and it gives me this error under my login:
You need to be the plan owner to manage this site.
Now I can long in under my assistant and upgrade but I don’t want my plan to be under her. How can I fix this and switch it over to me?

Hey there,
It looks like some upgrades can be transferred from one account to another. You just need to wait until a WordPress.com support staff can look into this and help you out.Can you let them know the account from which you want the upgrade to be transferred? That would make their work a bit easier. Also, I guess you should post a sort okay ‘all okay signal’ from that account to this thread to validate your claim.

I sent an email for help but I have not received a response yet so that is why I came here to see if there is a way to do it myself. It really looks like they need to do it but I just need to wait for them to contact me.

Hi there,
It looks like we’ve already replied to your email as well, but what we’ll need to do here is to move the Premium plan from your assistant’s account into yours. In order to do that your assistant will need to contact us, either by emailing us directly, or by commenting in this thread to confirm.

Thanks for confirming. The Premium Plan now belongs to kframpt, so you should see it in your Purchases page now.
