Help! I changed my URL and now I cant access my blog

I tried to change the URL to my blog and now it has blocked me out completely.

The URL is what it was originally, it was changed to http://www.thespiritedbackpacker.com and now it tells me that the site can’t be reached and I dont know how to fix it?? I have logged into my hosting site and changed it back on there but nothing has worked… The host site reflects the old URL so I dont know why it keeps telling me that it is under the new one?

Urgent help would be really appreciated!!!

F/up – I have logged into dashboard on wordpress and it says my url is my old one but when I click to view site to takes me to the changed one?

Hi there,

Maybe you mixed up Site Address (URL) and WordPress Address (URL)

The “Site Address (URL)” setting is the address you want people to type in their browser to reach your WordPress blog.
The “WordPress Address (URL)” setting is the address where your WordPress core files reside.

Your site was created using the self hosted version of WordPress, WordPress.org:

WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

We are only able to help with WordPress.com sites but support for WordPress.org sites is available on these community forums:

I recommend contacting Bluehost first because they may need to make some domain changes on their side — they should be able to help you get this straightened out though.
