Help- I changed the url to login into the back end and now I get a 404

  This above site was hacked so we followed the safety features to fix and changed viritualkoaching.com/wp-admin to another version but I can’t access the thread as it didn’t give a new version when I did this and I followed the instructions to log everyone out and now I can’t get into the backend. Any suggestions?
