HELP! I changed the WordPress URL in General Settings now cannot access anything and our site is down

  The website you’ve posted is using the open-source WordPress.org platform and this forum is dedicated to supporting the hosted WordPress.com platform. They’re similar, but different.

  https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  That said, it looks like the site is hosted by https://1stdomains.nz/ and possibly managed by https://turboit.co.nz/. You may need to involve them, but here is some helpful information on how to change the URL.

  I can’t see the point in keeping this, if we knew it was permanent we would’ve sought other ways to resolve the issue… yes please removing the site address and our account from this would be appreciated please. Thank you

  If you wish, You can follow the steps here to permanently close your account, which will remove your personal data from our service: https://wordpress.com/me/account/close
