Help! I changed to classic editor and can’t go back
-
Recently I have switched from the Gutenberg editor to the Classic Editor just to try, but I didn’t get it, so I want to switch back the Gutenberg editor, but I am not finding where I can do that! When I go to a single post editor page, I don’t have the ‘…’ at the right top to change the editor!! Help please!!

Hi there,
I see that you already switched to the new editor. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do for you. I’m happy to help.

Hey I am currently experiencing the same problems, any advice would be great.
I can not switch back to the new editor, and i have no clue where to find the option

When working on a post, or adding a new post, when using the WordPress.com classic editor scroll to the bottom of the right hand menu to find the odd phrase:
Try the new block editor and level up your layout. Learn more.
If you don’t see the right hand menu then click on the “cog” top right.

I’m having the same issue, but I don’t have any options to change back to Gutenberg in the right hand menu. I’ve tried to find help on YouTube but none of those tutorials are working for me either. What am I missing?

@keepingoak, I see that the new editor is already enabled on your site.
@gallivantcraftanddesign, to change to the new editor on your site watfordcitysofn.com which is on the Business plan, you need to deactivate the Classic Editor plugin from your dashboard’s plugin page. If you need more help with that please reach out to us via live chat: -
I’ve got the same problem. I used Gutenberg but I switched to classic for an article and there’s no way to come back to Gutenberg. My click on the message does nothing.

I understood….the problem is when you use the android app. You must switch back to classic editor on android and then you can switch to Gutenberg on PC.
And then back to android.
